A specialized training program on middle management for Audit Bureau employees has successfully concluded, organized in collaboration with the Adam Smith International.

Dr. Radhi Al Hamadeen, President of the Audit Bureau, emphasized the importance of creativity and innovation in management, encouraging participants to apply the concepts learned in practical settings through active engagement with trainers and course material.

Supported by the British Embassy, the program was attended by 15 auditors and spanned 15 training hours. It covered key topics such as communication skills, leadership and management principles, team building, stress management, emotional intelligence, change management, and performance evaluation essential areas that enhance the work of auditors
