Auditing Reports

AUDIT BUREAU’S MAIN REPORTS 


The annual Report:  


 In accordance with Article 119, of the Constitution, and the latest constitutional amendments, the President of the Audit Bureau presents a major annual audit report to the both the Lower and the Upper House of Parliament, which includes his views, comments, the detected violations, and the responsibility arising from such violations, at the beginning of each ordinary session, or whenever it is requested to do so by both Houses of Parliament. 

Other reports:  


 The President of the Audit Bureau may at any time issues certain reports to the Lower and the Upper House of Parliament focusing on certain issues that need to be addressed immediately.  
 The President of the Audit Bureau presents copies of the audit reports to the Prime Minister and the Minister of finance.
